Like many creative pursuits, the Fuzzy Bear Blog stems from boredom. Anyone in a relationship can probably empathize with the sense of boredom one develops while waiting for a significant other to get ready. I’ve probably accumulated hours waiting for my girlfriend to do all kinds of things. I finally decided to put this time to “good” use. My goal: to make her smile. The first time I set up her beloved teddy bear, Fuzzy Bear, I raised a chuckle out of her. Now, it is not uncommon for my girlfriend to finish blow drying her hair and stumble upon Fuzzy Bear in funny outfits, holding ridiculous things or in the middle of a refreshing dip in a hot tub. Fuzzy should enter the “hoola-hoop” contest –too bad it’s not an Olympic event. Maybe he can promote this event with the Olympic Committee!!
